Brand Bharat Studio ("we") helps small businesses create branded posters. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account details: your email address, or your Google profile name and email if you sign in with Google.
Business details you enter: business name, tagline, phone/WhatsApp, address, website, industry, logo and brand colours.
Photos you upload to your photo library, and designs you save.
Usage records: number of downloads and AI uses per day, so we can apply plan limits.

To put your branding on posters and keep your designs saved.
To generate captions and translations with AI when you ask for them. Only the text you submit is sent.
To provide support and to apply your plan.

We never sell your data. Your owner/leader photo for photo frames stays on your own device.

Data is stored on secure cloud servers with access rules so only members of your workspace can read it.

You can edit or delete businesses, photos and designs at any time. To delete your account completely, email support@brandbharatstudio.com.
